I started my career as a Dietitian as I believed from an early age that Prevention is Better than Cure. I have found lasting good health by learning to eat well and live an active lifestyle.

I transitioned from working on client's physical health and needs to focusing on their Mental Health by entering the wonderfully rewarding and challenging work as a counsellor. I believe that the body and mind are linked and if the mind is not in a good space the body will be adversely affected. I work to bring both mind and body into alignment so my clients can achieve their optimum health.

I have a Bachelor of Science ( University of Sydney), Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics ( Sydney University), Diploma of Counselling and Graduate Diploma of Social Sciences ( Couples Counselling- Swinburne University). Currently doing Masters in Counselling ( Edith Cowan).

Brydan (He/Him) is a warm and approachable psychologist located in Melbourne, Australia, who has worked in private practice, community mental health and forensic settings.

Brydan enjoys working with adults of all backgrounds, but has a particular interest working with adult men and those within the LGBTIQAPSB+ community. He is a member of the LGBTIQAPSB+ community and a client-centred practitioner with an empathic, pragmatic, and collaborative approach.

Brydan is a member of WPATH and AsiaPATH and is in the process of establishing a gender and sexuality clinic in Vietnam.
