I have a Master's degree in Creative Arts (Dance) Psychotherapy from University of Derby, where I learned how to use dance and other creative arts as therapeutic tools to enhance mental health and emotional well-being. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Education and English from The Open University of Hong Kong, and I have experience teaching English to students of different ages and backgrounds. I am passionate about using my communication and interpersonal skills to build deep therapeutic relationships with my clients and help them pursue and achieve more significant personal growth.
