Hello, my name is Olena and I am a psychologist, who can help you. Describe the situation that is currently bothering you and I will do my best to help you.

The first session is an introduction, we talk about your life and current request to have a complete picture. It is not necessary to have a request for the first meeting, it is formed in the process and can change. We discuss the approximate number of sessions needed and frequency of visits.

We can work in one of the formats that we determine at the first meeting:

Counseling - usually up to 6 sessions Therapy - a deep process that includes getting to know each other (2-4 sessions), creating a psychotherapeutic alliance in which we work with you on the request

The main part of our sessions will take place in the format of a conversation, sometimes I will give physical practices, experiments, mindfulness practices (only with your consent), and if necessary, I will also give interesting homework. All this is individual and depends on the contact that occurs between me and the client.

The recommended frequency of meetings is twice a week.
